2004
The Beginning of the Journey

Converted operating model to Construction Joint Stock Company (Cotec) according to Decision No. 1242/QD-BXD dated July 30, 2004, by the Minister of Construction.
2006 – 2008
Proving Capabilities through Major Projects and Reputable Capital

Conquered the high-end real estate market with signature projects: Ho Tram Sanctuary, River Garden, The Center Point...

Attracted investment from large fund, increasing charter capital to 120 billion VND.
2009 – 2011
New Advances in Position and General Contractor Capacity

Coteccons shares (CTD code) were officially listed and traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Signed the General Contractor contract for the Casino - The Grand Ho Tram complex, the largest and most modern project in the region.
2012 – 2014
Officially Operating Under a Corporate Model

Signed a strategic cooperation contract with Kustocem Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), issuing 10,430,000 shares (equivalent to 520 billion VND).

Increased ownership in Unicons to 51.24%.
2015 – 2017
Leaving a Mark with Iconic Projects

Constructed Landmark 81, a national symbol and one of the tallest buildings in the world.

Implemented numerous large Design & Build (D&B) contracts, marking record-high growth in both revenue and profit.
2018 – 2020
Reinforcing Leading Position in The Construction Industry

Completed the Vinfast Automobile Manufacturing Complex in a record time of 12 months.

Marked the 7th consecutive year as the No. 1 private enterprise in Vietnam's construction industry.
2021
Restructuring to adapt and maintain position

Complete the restructuring of the business.

Ensuring quality and timely completion for over 20 projects amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, maintaining its position as number 1 in the Top 10 most reputable construction contractors as assessed by Vietnam Report.

Strong innovation and affirmation of the effectiveness of the new development strategy

Ranked 34th among the Top 50 Excellent Enterprises in Vietnam, as reported by Vietnam Report and VietnamNet.
